One Body.

I have one body and I treat it as such.

I move my body, I feed my body, I love my body.

God has designed my body to be healthy and strong.

I eat wholesome and healthy food.

I exercise and stretch to create a body designed for wellness,

My body is my temple.

I move my body, I feed my body, and I love my body.

I make good decisions on a daily basis and when I don’t I try again.

I crave healthy food and realize my health is a daily choice,

I am thankful for my body and my health,

I know taking care of my one body is my responsibility.

I move my body, I feed my body, I love my body. And so it is.
