Dear Happy Asses!!!!!
If you were on My Happy Ass this morning you heard that I will no longer do the Daily podcast but in the next month or so will shift to a weekly broadcast via youtube, live at times, and all the other avenues. The only thing that has changed and is changing is the days in which I put the regular podcast out. You will find me still being spontaneous and sometimes goofy, okay most of the time goofy on instagram and tiktok.
The past 4.5 years have BLOWN by!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What started out as a daily affirmation turned into over 4 years of sharing my heart, mind, soul and body with all of you. That will continue just not on a daily basis. I had to really search my soul and realize that I could not continue to do this each day. I AM SUPER EXCITED HOWEVER TO CREATE CONTENT AND A PODCAST THAT I HOPE WILL LIFT YOUR SPIRIT AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO LIVE A FULL LIVE, MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT.
I will have guests and sometimes it will be just me. I will work with people wiser than me so that I can continue hopefully to add value to this life.
When I was about 12 years old when I was visiting a dying alcoholic with my Father I was moved by the spirit and energy of people helping people. They helped with NO idea or concern of getting anything from it. It was the level of service that I believe that a power greater than me requires.
I picked up a book and it said something like this, “And happiness will come to you in its highest and greatest form, not because you seek to absorb it but rather you seek to radiate it.” That impacted me and it took it into my soul and it became the deepest belief that directs my steps. I know that I am put here for a purpose and on purpose. I know that the grace I give will be in equal measure to the grace I share. I believe that the ONLY way I can keep anything of VALUE is to GIVE it away.
I am so thankful for all of you who have been so gracious as to walk with me on this happy ass trail and pray that you will continue as we change and grow and become greater part of ourselves. WE can only do that by loving and helping others.
The biggest feeling I have right now is gratitude that God has allowed me to love and to share with all of you. I am so thankful for your kindness and your vulnerability with me and I pray we have many years of growth together!!!!

ps. After I signed off my sweet friend Angie Thompson was at my home to hug my neck. I held it together but the tears came as soon as I signed off. Thanks so much Angie, for knowing how importance this is and has been to me.
